We are fully confident you will be pleased with our products and the speed and quality of service. We understand that each client’s needs are unique, so we are ready to deal with any problems that arise. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 30 days upon you received the products.



We offer a 30 day refund or exchange on all products: teapots, teawares, tea samples...
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons: shipping errors, damaged goods.. 
If the problem was our mistake we will  take care of the shipping cost.

Receiving your package
Once you receive the products, please open the package and check to make sure all products are safely arrived in correct amount.
Please note that opened, damaged or missing merchandise are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
So please inspect the package in front of the deliveryman. If the package is damaged or the amount of the products is not right, please take a photo right away and refuse to sign receipt. We will approach the express courier company about the damage or missing. And try all the way to reduce your loss.
If the package arrives in good condition please inspect it right away to make sure the products match the description in the listing. If something is unsatisfactory, please contact us to solve the problem before you leave a negative feedback. We will try our best to solve the problem and make you satisfied.

Return the products
1. If you need to return any items, please make sure the items unused.
* Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. Otherwise, the returned items will not be accepted. You have 30 days to do so.
* You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge.
* If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded the cost of the items.
* Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.
2. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for returned shipping damages.
* Please fill the Return Form.
* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out.
* Our customer service will send you a “Return Form” when we receive your request.
* Please fill the form and send it back together with your returned packages.
3. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your card, vice-versa.
4. It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 30 days of receipt, request will not be entertained.
