DISPATCH TIME SCALE

We aim to dispatch goods to you within 1-3 working days upon receipt of full payment so long as they are in stock. If your item is not in stock, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel the order.

LOST / DELAYED PARCELS

In order to be able to provide our customers with reliable and low cost delivery options, we send some parcels via DHL or China EMS. After make the delivery, we will send the mail track code to our customers as soon as possible.

Items that are lost in the post will be investigated by us submitting a claim to DHL or EMS. If your parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after DHL&EMS have completed their investigations. We will not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

We will endeavour to deliver our products within the times stated but items are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. Please note that while we process orders Monday to Friday, we are unable to dispatch on Sunday and Public Holidays (UK Good Friday, and Bank Holiday Mondays). In addition, deliveries over this periods are likely to be disrupted, and is something which is unfortunately outside our control. If you would like confirmation of delivery speeds over these periods please contact us at info@zishayixing.com. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods if they are delivered within a reasonable period of time.
